Mission Statement

    "The BC Adult Cochlear Implant Program aims to provide improved access to sound for people with significant hearing loss who have exhausted all medical options for treatment and who demonstrate limited benefit from hearing aids.  Our goal is to provide access to sound and improve auditory/oral communication through hearing rehabilitation via cochlear implantation.  We strive to provide care that contributes to the physical, psychological, social and spiritual well-being of each individual we serve through improved hearing function."
